Prices & Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and clinic menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, Vi'TalDerm MD will automatically give clients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.
Payments
Because Vi'TalDerm MD is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. Vi'TalDerm MD accepts all major credit cards, cash, bank check debit cards and Vi'TalDerm MD gift cards, Vi'TalDerm MD also accepts checks.
Gratuities
Your clinical treatments do not include gratuities; customary gratuity is 15-20%: Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

Vi'TalDerm MD clients receive above average results with a series of treatments: Maximum results are highly dependent on health, lifestyle and your willingness to follow prescribed recommended protocols.

Vi'TalDerm MD's #1 goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. Vi'TalDerm MD believes in full disclosure, which means Vi'TalDerm MD strives to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. With this in mind, please be assured that Vi'TalDerm MD will only prescribe treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you. Clinic-Client Relationship
Vi'TalDerm MD loves having you as a client, we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the client and should be kept in your possession at all times. Vi'TalDerm MD is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Refund Policy


Vi'TalDerm MD works with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. Vi'TalDerm MD offers individual treatments as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.

Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, No refunds are made for products, service packages and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services. Unopened (sealed not broken) products may be exchanged for alternative products within 3 days of purchase.

Once treatment is completed all sales are final, service exchange and / or account credit cannot be offered.

Cancellation Policy


Vi'TalDerm MD has a 24 hours cancellation policy: Please contact the clinic via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time to avoid fees. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow enough time to fill out and update any needed forms and to begin your appointment as close to the schedule time as possible.

Vi'TalDerm MD understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Vi'TalDerm MD desire to be effective and fair to all clients, this allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment, as Vi'TalDerm MD values your time.

IN THE EVENT A CANCELLATION IS NECESSARY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS WILL APPLY
  • 24 Hour Advance Notice: call or e-mail the clinic 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and confirm cancellation request was received: The client will not be charged a cancellation fee when appointments are cancelled 24 hours in advance.
  • No Show: A $50 [no show] non-refundable fee will be charged when the client does not appear and/or when appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. A [no show] is considered failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled appointment: simple DO NOT show up or cancel within the allotted timeframe of 24 hours.
  • Members who [no-show] will forfeit that appointment type for the current month: the schedule treatment will be deducted from the member’s current month benefits.
  • No Show [Twice] (Members Only): If the member fails to show up for their scheduled appointments or cancel their appointments less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the member will be charged a $50 non-refundable fee along with losing additional membership benefits.
